About Nella
Founder of Bella Mental Health and Lighthouse Resolution, Nella Albrecht provides comprehensive forensic and clinical evaluations for civil, criminal, and family law cases across Florida. Her expertise includes custody and parenting evaluations, competency and capacity assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, mitigation, and mental health evaluations.
She is a licensed clinician, Ph.D. Candidate, and certified forensic evaluator with extensive experience providing expert reports, testimony, and consultation to attorneys, courts, and corporate entities.
Nella Albrecht’s multidisciplinary background in mental health counseling, forensic psychology, mediation, and integrative health allows her to deliver objective, defensible findings that balance clinical insight with legal clarity. She has worked on complex family law, civil capacity, and workplace cases requiring high emotional intelligence and courtroom credibility.
